The T3 Series is a highly integrated automatic cleaning filtration system composed of multiple 3-inch disc-type automatic backwashing filters, 3-inch backwashing valves, controllers, and other components. The system is simple to install and operates with high efficiency. It is suitable for primary or secondary automatic filtration systems, effectively filtering various suspended impurities from water sources. Flow rate range: 64-192 m³/h.

Filtration State: The controller directs the switching of the backwashing valve to place the filter into the filtration state: Water flows sequentially through the system inlet pipe, backwashing valve, and filter inlet into the filter. After impurities are filtered by the discs, clean water flows from the filter outlet to the system outlet pipe.

Backwashing State: When the controller detects that the pressure difference between the system inlet and outlet exceeds the set value, it controls the backwashing valve to change its switching direction, thereby placing that filter into the backwashing state: Clean water filtered by other filters enters from the system outlet pipe through this filter's outlet, washes the discs, and then the wastewater passes through the filter inlet and backwashing valve, discharging into the system wastewater pipe.
